All guests at Innovation Hotel have 24/7 complimentary access to the Arthrex Wellness Center, a 20,000-square-foot health and fitness facility adjacent to the hotel. Spanning two floors, the state-of-the-art center houses a wide variety of fitness equipment, including EGYM, free weights, two lines of strength equipment, ellipticals, stepmills, upright and recumbent bikes, treadmills, rowers, and cross-trainers. There is a paved trail for enjoying a brisk walk or jog in the Florida sunshine, and the unique Bio Bar has post-workout recovery smoothies, shakes, wraps and other healthy snacks for purchase.
